Fareground - One Eleven Congress - Plaza Level
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 10:00pm
Fareground is inspired by the idea that to make a place everyone wants to go, you have to have something for everyone. We’re not just modernizing the plaza and lobby space at One Eleven, we’re repurposing it by giving it purpose. It’s where culinary meets community. Where work meets play. And where you’ll meet what’s happening next in Austin.
Inside, the marketplace hosts an eclectic collection of cuisine from six premier local vendors, all openly seated to inspire culinary innovation and community building. The space is a place for Austin to gather, eat, relax and enjoy, all within walking distance of the heart of the city.
Outside, the park blends the old with new: historic oaks shade a new courtyard; sprawling greenspace buzzes with new technology. It is downtown’s hub for anything you can imagine, from business lunches to Sunday brunch and everything in between. Open daily, it's not just be a place to go, it is the place to go.
Amazon Daily Dish
One Eleven is pleased to participate in Amazon’s Daily Dish restaurant delivery which features online ordering for a daily selection of meals from local vendors at an affordable price point.
How it works:

- Receive a different restaurant’s menu via text every weekday morning at 9am and respond to the text by 11:05am to place your order. (You can see dish ingredients by following the link that is sent out with the menu text)
- Amazon will text you when lunch arrives between 12-12:30pm, brought directly to Amazon Daily Dish table in the 1st floor mailroom.
- Grab the meal that corresponds with the letter you ordered. (Each dish is clearly labeled A, B, C, etc.)
- No added tips, menu markups, membership fees or minimum number of orders are required, and you do not have to be a Prime member: it’s just a $0.99 delivery fee.

Service Provider Information
Summit Riser Systems
Cousins Properties and One Eleven recognize that the demand for reliable information technology continues to grow at an unprecedented rate and that ensuring the integrity and security of our office buildings telecom and data infrastructures is critical. To this end, we have retained Summit Riser Systems to manage these vital resources. Summit Riser has been contracted to perform all voice and data cable work within the buildings riser systems. Starting from the Minimum Point of Entry (MPOE) to the demarcation point (DMARC, plywood backboard or Server Room) within the customer’s suite space, Summit Riser will execute all riser or feed cable installations, facilitate all cross connects, and perform all testing within the building’s riser system. This riser program does not dictate which service provider or carrier tenants choose for their telecommunications or data services nor the contractor they select to perform voice and data cabling within your suite space.
- Service provider will be granted access to the MPOE only to deliver/test services, i.e. circuits, EOC, phone lines, etc.
- 24-hour notice to SRS required for access to MPOE
- Service provider must tag all circuits/phone lines
- Service provider to provide SRS with (1) Binding Post Number, (2) Circuit ID Number, and (3) Customer Contact Number
- Service provider and/or their sub-contractors will not be allowed to install any cabling in the building riser system or have access to building phone room closets
- Service providers will be granted access to their own equipment
